Bombay High Court to Sushant Fan: How Do You Know What the Film 'Nyaay: The Justice' Is About?2/18/2021 As per the latest Bollywood News, Bombay High Court has come up against the expectation of a Sushant fan and a social worker 'Manish Mishra' who had earlier challenged a film titled 'Nyaay: The Justice' is being made on Sushant Singh Rajput's life. This Sushant's fan had earlier filed a petition seeking to stop the production of this film as it may hamper the current investigation being done by the central agency CBI. In response to the petition filed by him through his advocate, Justice Prithviraj Chavan of Bombay High Court questioned him and pointed out how he knows the film's content even before the film's release. This is what the judge passed the comment, “How do you know what they are going to do?’’ As per the original petition filed by Mishra, he insisted that the film is actually based on the life of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput (SSR)and is basically showing distorted facts about him. The petitioner had filed the case on December 22, 2020 that was dismissed by the court after hearing both the parties in detail. It was filed at the Dindoshi Civil Court against the upcoming film titled 'Nyaay: The Justice'. It further added, “Investigation in respect to the said matter is yet to decide about the correctness of either suicide or murder,’’. The court was informed the production work of the film has already been started. And therefore, Mishra's plea urged the court to restrain or stop Saraogi to display, release, and advertises the film until the investigation in the SSR case is over. In his statement released today, Justice Chavan raised question on the personal interest of Mishra in filing a suit in the court regarding this matter. On the other hand, Chetan C Agarwal who's Mishra's advocate also raised questions and asserted that his client is not just a businessman but also a social worker and a true fan of SSR. In his statement though, Agarwal stated that film's title clearly indicates the contents of the film in question. This is what he said, `How can they say it is not touching the investigation or distorting facts? The title itself shows,’’ he added. Against his response, this is what the advocate of the producer, Ashok Saraogi stated, “It (title) can be for anything. The producer has not touched upon the police investigations into the actor’s death.” At the same time, he also noted down the fact that the judge has himself asked, "Unless the film is released, how can it be said that it shows distorted facts?" Due to the above reasons and affirmations, Justice Chavan inclined to reschedule the above hearing in the month of March and pointed out that there is no urgency in the above matter. In the same hearing, Justice Chavan added that if something is being done legibly in all respects, then there is no need to worry. Take a look at what he actually pointed out, “If someone is doing something correctly, there is no need to be afraid.” Justice Chavan added.
